Just as the sun returned to Venice, in time for us to go to Burano and Murano and enjoy taking many more photographs, we learned of the snow, ice and cold in Iowa. Just in time for our return. Oh well, we have some great shots [I know that is true of Jackie’s] and I’ll look forward posting them once we return home. It’s been a great trip – ironically, as I sit here tying this I’m surrounded in this internet point with American students [I wish I had been wise enough to go overseas when I was one!]
